The driver booked to deliver heating oil did not ring as agreed prior to his visit and because he saw a parked vehicle on the road, took it into his head to drive off again. No consultation. Office staff refused to take any responsibility. 'I can't answer for the driver, sir.' Are they all part of one organisation or not?
